FeatureF is a free online platform that brings useful digital tools together in one place. Instead of using a different website for every small task, you can use FeatureF to work with links, documents, images, text, code, files, calculations, time, and other everyday digital tasks.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following types of information when you use FeatureF:
- Account Information: Information associated with your FeatureF account, such as your name, email address, username, and authentication information.
- Profile Information: Information you choose to add to your FeatureF profile, such as your profile picture, bio, and other profile information.
- Google Sign-In Information: When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile information provided by Google through the permissions you authorize. FeatureF does not receive or store your Google password.
- Link & Content Information: Information you create or provide through FeatureF, including destination URLs, custom short codes, link titles, link expiration settings, link status and other link settings, tags, and Link in Bio content.
- Device & Session Information: Information associated with your account sessions and linked devices, such as your browser, operating system, device information, device identifier, login IP address, user-agent information, and login or session activity.
- Usage & Technical Information: Information generated when you use FeatureF, such as IP addresses, access times, click activity, approximate location information, and security-related activity used to operate, protect, and improve our services.
Free Online Tools: Files processed using FeatureF's free online tools are handled within your browser and are not uploaded to or stored on FeatureF's servers. The files remain available only within the browser session in which the tool is being used.
Google Sign-In
FeatureF allows you to create or access your account using Google Sign-In. When you choose this option, Google provides FeatureF with the information you authorize.
We use this information to create and authenticate your FeatureF account, associate your Google account with your FeatureF account, and provide account-related services.
- Name: Used to identify and personalize your FeatureF account.
- Email Address: Used to identify your account and provide account-related communication.
- Profile Picture: Used as your FeatureF profile picture when you choose to use Google Sign-In.
FeatureF does not receive or store your Google password. We do not request access to your Google contacts, files, messages, or other Google account data.
Google account information received through Google Sign-In is used only to provide and maintain your FeatureF account and related services. We do not sell your Google account information or use it for unrelated purposes.
Link Analytics & Click Data
When someone visits or clicks a FeatureF short link, FeatureF may process information about the interaction to provide link analytics, maintain service functionality, and protect against abuse or automated activity.
Depending on the link and available data, analytics may include information such as click counts, access times, approximate geographic information, browser and device information, and other aggregated or generalized click data.
Analytics are intended to help link owners understand how their links are being used without providing them with information that directly identifies individual visitors.
IP Addresses & Security
FeatureF may collect and retain IP addresses when you access or interact with our services. IP addresses are used for legitimate operational and security purposes, including account security, abuse prevention, automated-click detection, click validation, suspicious activity detection, and protecting the reliability of our services.
IP addresses may also be used to help generate approximate geographic information for link analytics. This information is presented to link owners in a generalized form and does not expose the visitor's personal IP address.
FeatureF does not provide raw visitor IP addresses to short-link owners through link analytics or other account features.
Free Online Tools & Files
FeatureF provides a collection of free online tools for tasks involving files, images, PDFs, text, code, calculations, and other digital content. Many of these tools are designed to process your content directly within your browser.
Files and content used with these tools remain available only within the browser session in which the tool is being used. When the browser session ends or the relevant content is removed from the browser, FeatureF does not retain a server-side copy of the processed files.
Some FeatureF tools may process information that you enter directly into the tool. The information required for each tool depends on the task being performed and is used to provide the requested result.
FeatureF may separately collect normal technical or security information when you use our website, as described in the other sections of this Privacy Policy. This does not mean that the files processed by browser-based tools are uploaded or stored on our servers.
Data Retention & Deletion
FeatureF retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain security, prevent abuse, and preserve legitimate historical records. When you delete an account or link, the related deletion process may take up to 7 days or less depending on the amount and type of data being processed.

Information associated with an account or link may be deleted or anonymized depending on the type of information and FeatureF's operational, security, or historical requirements. Anonymized information is processed so that it is no longer associated with the individual account or user.
Additional Retention After Account Deletion
Some limited information may be retained for a temporary period after an account is deleted when necessary to prevent abuse, repeated account creation, fraud, or other violations of our services.
- Deleted account email address: Your email address may be retained for up to 35 days after account deletion to help prevent immediate re-registration or repeated account creation.
- Fraud, abuse, or account bans: When an account deletion is related to fraud, abuse, or an account ban, certain information may be retained for a longer period, up to 105 days , when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, or enforcement purposes.
After the applicable retention period ends, the retained information is deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required for legitimate security, legal, or historical purposes.
Security, Devices & Sessions
FeatureF collects and processes certain information about account access, devices, and sessions to help protect your account, maintain secure authentication, and provide device and session management features.
- Login Information: Information related to account sign-ins, such as login time, login IP address, browser, operating system, user-agent information, and other technical information associated with the login.
- Linked Device Information: Information about devices that you authorize to access your FeatureF account, including device identifiers, device information, browser and operating system details, and related activity.
- Session Information: Information about active and previous account sessions, including session status, device association, login activity, and security events.
- Security Information: Information generated by security features, such as two-factor authentication, account protection, suspicious activity detection, failed login attempts, and account lockout events.
This information is used to authenticate users, protect accounts from unauthorized access, detect and prevent abuse, investigate security events, and allow users to manage their active sessions and linked devices.
Security and session information may be retained or anonymized when necessary for account security, abuse prevention, fraud prevention, or legitimate historical purposes, as described in our Data Retention & Deletion section.
How We Use Information
FeatureF may use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Provide Our Services: To operate FeatureF and provide our free online tools and account-based services.
- Account Management: To create, authenticate, maintain, and manage your FeatureF account.

Link owners do not receive visitors' personal IP addresses through FeatureF link analytics or other link-management features.
Third-Party Services
FeatureF currently uses the following third-party services for specific functionality:
- Google Sign-In: When you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides FeatureF with your name, email address, and profile picture as described in our Google Sign-In section.
- Google reCAPTCHA: FeatureF uses reCAPTCHA to help detect and prevent automated abuse, spam, and malicious activity. Information required by reCAPTCHA may be processed by Google for this purpose.
- Cloudflare: FeatureF uses Cloudflare for website analytics and related website functionality. Cloudflare may process technical information associated with website requests for these purposes.
FeatureF does not currently use third-party payment processors, external AI services, or external APIs to process FeatureF account data or files.
Your Choices & Controls
FeatureF provides controls that allow you to manage information and activity associated with your account and services.
- Account Information: You can manage available account and profile information through your FeatureF account.
- Links & Tags: You can manage your links, Link in Bio content, and tags through the available account features.
- Devices & Sessions: You can review and manage supported linked devices and active sessions through your security settings.
- Security Settings: You can manage available security features and authentication settings through your account.
- Account Deletion: You can request deletion of your FeatureF account. Related information is processed according to our Data Retention & Deletion practices.
Children's Privacy
FeatureF is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited by applicable law. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to FeatureF in a manner that violates applicable requirements, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.
