When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before the changes take effect. Your continued use of FeatureF after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access or use FeatureF. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. If applicable laws in your jurisdiction require a higher minimum age or additional consent to use online services, you must comply with those requirements.

Account Registration

Some FeatureF features require you to create an account. When registering, you must provide the information requested, including a valid email address and a name where required by your profile settings. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when necessary to keep your account information accurate.

One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account on FeatureF unless we expressly authorize otherwise. You must not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, abuse our services, or obtain benefits that you are not entitled to receive.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for protecting any credentials or authentication methods used to access it. You must take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access and notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been compromised or is being used without your permission.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, you will not automatically be held responsible for unauthorized activity that occurs through no fault of your own. We encourage you to use any security features available on FeatureF to help protect your account.

Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse, restrict, or suspend account registration or access when reasonably necessary to protect FeatureF, its users, or its services; enforce these Terms; investigate suspected abuse; or comply with applicable law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Account Security

FeatureF provides security features designed to help you protect your account and manage access to our services. You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to keep your account secure, including protecting your authentication credentials and any recovery information associated with your account.

Authentication and Recovery Methods

Depending on the features available to you, FeatureF may offer additional security measures, including two-factor authentication (TOTP), recovery codes, and other authentication or account recovery methods. You are responsible for safeguarding your recovery codes and other authentication information and must not share them with unauthorized individuals.

If you lose access to your authentication methods or recovery information, your ability to regain access to your account may be limited. We do not guarantee that every account can be recovered in every circumstance.

Linked Devices and Active Sessions

FeatureF may allow you to review linked devices or manage active account sessions. Where these features are available, you should review your account access information periodically and terminate sessions or remove linked devices that you do not recognize or no longer use.

You must not attempt to access another user's account, device, or session without authorization, interfere with another user's authentication methods, or circumvent FeatureF's account security measures.

Reporting Security Issues

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, discover a security vulnerability, or become aware of activity that may compromise FeatureF or its users, contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. When reporting a security issue, provide sufficient information to help us investigate without unnecessarily exposing passwords, recovery codes, or other sensitive authentication information.

Security Limitations

We take reasonable measures to protect FeatureF and the information handled through our services. However, no online service, authentication method, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data loss, service interruptions, or security incidents will never occur.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use FeatureF responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. You may use our tools and services for legitimate personal, educational, or commercial purposes, provided that your activities do not violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of FeatureF.

Prohibited Activities

You must not use FeatureF to engage in, facilitate, or promote any of the following activities:

• Spam and Abuse: Using FeatureF to distribute unsolicited or deceptive messages, conduct abusive campaigns, or repeatedly send unwanted links in violation of applicable laws or recipients' rights.
• Harmful or Exploitative Content: Using our services to distribute content that facilitates exploitation, abuse, threats, or other unlawful harm to individuals.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Using our services to distribute content that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other legally protected rights.
• Harassment and Impersonation: Using FeatureF to threaten, harass, stalk, impersonate, or deliberately mislead others.
• Security Circumvention: Attempting to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, account restrictions, or other security measures implemented by FeatureF.
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing or attempting to access accounts, systems, databases, or information without permission.
• Service Disruption: Interfering with the availability or operation of FeatureF, including through attacks, excessive automated requests, or other abusive activity.
• Abuse of Service Limits: Circumventing usage limits, restrictions, or safeguards through multiple accounts, automated methods, or other unauthorized means.
• Misuse of Tools: Using any FeatureF tool to facilitate prohibited activities or to interfere with the lawful use of our services by others.

Shortened Links and Destinations

You are responsible for the URLs you submit, the destinations to which your links redirect, and the manner in which you share those links. You must not create, distribute, or promote shortened links that facilitate phishing, fraud, malware distribution, or other prohibited activities.

You must not use shortened links to conceal malicious destinations, mislead users about the content they will access, or evade security systems and restrictions. A shortened URL must not be used as a means of disguising or facilitating an otherwise prohibited activity.

Automated Access and Service Abuse

You must not use bots, scripts, crawlers, or other automated methods to access or interact with FeatureF in a manner that exceeds authorized usage, bypasses restrictions, disrupts our services, or imposes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure. Automated access is permitted only where authorized by FeatureF or otherwise allowed under applicable service rules.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of these Terms and take reasonable action when necessary to protect FeatureF, its users, or third parties. Depending on the circumstances, applicable law, and the severity of the violation, actions may include removing or restricting access to content, disabling links, limiting features, suspending accounts, or terminating accounts.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice of enforcement actions and an opportunity to appeal or resolve the issue. We may also preserve or disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations or respond to valid legal requests.

Nothing in these Terms requires us to monitor every link, item of content, or user activity continuously, and we do not guarantee that all prohibited content or activity will be detected.

Prohibited Content and Activities

You must not use FeatureF to create, shorten, distribute, or promote links that facilitate illegal activities, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, exploitation, harassment, or other prohibited conduct.

FeatureF also prohibits links to pornographic or sexually explicit content. We take reasonable measures to prevent users from creating or sharing such links through our services. However, because online content and destinations can change, we cannot guarantee that every prohibited link will be detected or blocked.

Shortened Links and Destination Safety

FeatureF accepts only URLs that use the HTTPS protocol for link shortening. You are responsible for ensuring that the destination of each link you create or share is lawful, legitimate, and consistent with these Terms.

We use URL validation, security checks, and third-party services, including Google Safe Browsing, where applicable, to help identify potentially malicious or unsafe destinations. Based on these checks and our internal safeguards, we may reject submitted URLs, disable existing links, restrict access to destinations, or take other appropriate action when a link appears to violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

These safeguards are intended to reduce the risk of harmful links but cannot guarantee complete protection. Security databases may not identify every malicious destination, and a destination that appears safe when checked may become harmful or change its content later. A link being accepted or successfully scanned does not constitute a guarantee that its destination is safe, trustworthy, or free from prohibited content.

Misuse of Links

You must not use shortened links to conceal malicious destinations, mislead users about the content they will access, distribute prohibited content, or evade security checks and restrictions. You must not attempt to manipulate, bypass, or interfere with FeatureF's URL validation or security-scanning systems.

Changing Link Destinations

FeatureF restricts changes to a shortened link's destination URL during the first 24 hours after the link is created. After this period, destination changes may be available subject to applicable feature restrictions, security checks, and usage policies.

These restrictions help protect users against deceptive redirects and misuse of shortened links. You must not attempt to circumvent destination-change restrictions or use destination changes to facilitate phishing, fraud, malicious redirects, or other activities prohibited by these Terms.

Custom Short-Link Aliases

FeatureF automatically generates a short code when you create a shortened link. Before saving the link, you may have the option to choose your own custom short-link alias, subject to availability, validation requirements, and our usage policies.

Once a shortened link has been saved, its short code or custom alias cannot be edited. You should carefully review your chosen alias before saving your link. If you need a different alias, you may need to create a new shortened link, subject to the features and restrictions available on FeatureF.

Anonymization of Permanently Deleted Links

When a link is permanently deleted, FeatureF anonymizes the associated link data in accordance with its data-handling procedures. Anonymization is intended to remove identifying associations with the deleted link or its owner while allowing certain non-identifying records to be retained where appropriate.

Anonymized data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Where information must be retained for security, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes, its handling will be governed by the applicable provisions of our Privacy Policy and relevant law.

Link Analytics

FeatureF provides link analytics to help users understand the performance and activity of their shortened links. Depending on the features available to your account and plan, analytics may include click counts, activity over time, geographic information such as countries, device types, browsers, referrers, and other statistics related to link activity.

Analytics features and the level of detail available may vary between users, plans, and services. Access to certain analytics features, including full analytics, may be limited, changed, introduced, or discontinued as FeatureF evolves. We do not guarantee that every user or plan will have access to every analytics feature.

Click Tracking and Data Collection

When someone accesses a shortened link, FeatureF may process information associated with that interaction to provide link functionality, generate analytics, maintain service security, and prevent abuse. Depending on the circumstances and features involved, this information may be used to derive statistics about countries, devices, browsers, referrers, and other aspects of link activity.

The types of information collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and applicable retention practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy and Limitations of Analytics

FeatureF aims to provide useful analytics, but the information displayed may not always be complete, exact, or available in real time. Results may be affected by automated traffic, bots, repeated requests, privacy tools, network configurations, security filtering, technical limitations, and other factors.

Geographic information, device classifications, browser details, and referrer information may be unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate in some circumstances. Click statistics should not automatically be interpreted as the number of unique human visitors or as proof that a visitor viewed or interacted with the destination content.

FeatureF does not guarantee that analytics data will be suitable for financial calculations, advertising billing, or other purposes requiring independently verified measurements.

Access to and Use of Analytics

You may access analytics associated with your links through the features available to your account and plan. You agree to use analytics responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not use analytics to harass, identify, unlawfully track, or otherwise harm individuals, or to violate their privacy or other legal rights.

Changes to Analytics Features

FeatureF may modify, introduce, restrict, or discontinue analytics features as part of service improvements, security measures, operational requirements, or changes to our plans and offerings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular analytics feature or level of detail.

Where a change materially affects a paid service or a user's existing rights, we will handle that change in accordance with applicable agreements and law.

Analytics After Link Deletion

When you move a link to the Recycle Bin, its associated information may remain subject to the applicable retention period and available recovery options.

When a link is permanently deleted, FeatureF processes the link and its associated click records for anonymization as part of the final deletion process. Once this process is complete, the original identifiable link records and associated click records will no longer be available in their original form. FeatureF will notify you when the link has been fully deleted and the associated anonymization process has completed.

Any information retained separately for security, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Link in Bio Service

FeatureF allows users to create and customize public profiles through our Link in Bio service. Depending on the features available to your account, you may be able to display links, customize your profile's appearance, add profile information, and use other available personalization options.

The availability and functionality of these features may change as FeatureF evolves. Access to certain customization options or other profile features may depend on your account, plan, or applicable service restrictions.

Custom Profile Handles

FeatureF allows users to choose a custom profile handle, subject to availability and applicable requirements. Your handle determines the identifying portion of your public profile URL, which follows FeatureF's designated URL structure, such as featuref.com/@farsamocusub.

You are responsible for choosing a handle that complies with these Terms and does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights, impersonate another person or organization, or mislead visitors about your identity or affiliations.

FeatureF may reject, restrict, or require changes to a handle that violates these Terms, infringes applicable rights, creates a security concern, or is otherwise subject to restriction under our policies or applicable law. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular handle.

Public Profile Visibility

Information and links you publish through a public profile may be accessible to other people who visit or share your profile. You are responsible for reviewing the information you publish and ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to make it publicly available.

You should not publish sensitive personal information or another person's information without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis. Consider the potential consequences before making information publicly accessible.

User Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the links, text, images, profile information, and other content you submit or display through FeatureF's Link in Bio service. Your content must comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and the rights of others.

You must not use your public profile to distribute prohibited sexually explicit content, facilitate phishing or fraud, promote malware, impersonate another person or organization, infringe intellectual property rights, or engage in other activities prohibited by these Terms.

Profile Customization

FeatureF may provide options to customize profile layouts, appearance, covers, colors, and other visual elements. These options may be subject to technical limitations, availability, usage restrictions, or changes to our services.

You must not use customization features to misrepresent your identity, falsely suggest an official affiliation or endorsement, or create a profile intended to deceive visitors.

Sharing and Removing Links

FeatureF may allow you to display existing shortened links on your public profile. Adding a shortened link to your profile makes it available through that profile, subject to the profile's visibility and applicable service restrictions.

Removing a link from your public profile removes it from that profile's displayed content. It does not, by itself, delete the original shortened link from your FeatureF account or deactivate its redirect. The original link remains subject to your account settings, link-management options, and these Terms.

Content Restrictions and Removal

FeatureF reserves the right to restrict access to, disable, or remove profile content or public profiles when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address security concerns, protect users or third parties, or comply with applicable law.

We may use automated checks, user reports, and other appropriate measures to identify potentially prohibited content. However, we do not guarantee that all violations will be detected or that every public profile will be reviewed before or after publication.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify affected users when content is restricted or removed and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

Availability of Public Profiles

We aim to keep public profiles accessible and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Profiles or individual features may become temporarily or permanently unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security measures, policy violations, or other circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining copies of any profile content you wish to preserve. FeatureF does not guarantee that removed, modified, or unavailable profile content can be recovered.

Browser-Based File Processing

FeatureF offers free online tools designed to simplify common digital tasks, including file processing and PDF utilities. Our browser-based file tools process files directly within your browser rather than uploading those files to FeatureF's servers for processing.

Files selected for these tools are handled within your browser and the active browser window. FeatureF does not receive or store the contents of these files on its servers through the normal operation of these browser-based tools.

This description applies to tools that perform processing locally in your browser. Other FeatureF services or future tools may operate differently and may involve server-side processing where necessary. We will describe applicable data-handling practices in our Privacy Policy and relevant tool-specific notices.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the files you select and process using FeatureF's tools. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to access, modify, convert, or otherwise process those files.

You should review the results of any file processing before relying on them or sharing them with others. FeatureF does not guarantee that every file will be processed successfully or that every result will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Browser and Device Limitations

Browser-based processing depends on your device, browser, available memory, and other technical conditions. Large files or complex operations may take longer to process, fail, or require additional device resources.

You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important files and processed results. Closing the browser tab, refreshing the page, navigating away, or experiencing a browser or device failure may interrupt processing or cause temporary results to become unavailable. FeatureF does not guarantee that files or results can be recovered after they are lost or become unavailable.

Privacy and Security Considerations

Although our browser-based file tools are designed to process files locally, this does not mean that every interaction with FeatureF is entirely local or that no information is ever transmitted to our servers. For example, loading our website may involve ordinary network requests, and other services may process information separately.

You should exercise appropriate care when handling confidential or sensitive files and review the information provided in our Privacy Policy before using any FeatureF service.

Tool Availability and Limitations

FeatureF may introduce, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue tools and their features. Supported file formats, file-size limits, processing capabilities, and other requirements may vary between tools and change over time.

We aim to provide useful and reliable tools, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or browser, or successful processing of every file.

Prohibited Use of Tools

You must not use FeatureF's tools to facilitate unlawful activities, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, circumvent security controls, or engage in other activities prohibited by these Terms. You must not interfere with the operation of our services or attempt to bypass applicable usage restrictions.

Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, submit, or publish through FeatureF, to the extent that you hold the relevant rights. This may include shortened links, custom aliases, public profile information, profile pictures, profile covers, text, images, and other content associated with your use of our services.

Using FeatureF does not, by itself, transfer ownership of your content to us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and legal authority necessary to use, process, upload, or publish the content you submit.

Profile Pictures and Covers

FeatureF allows users to personalize their profiles with profile pictures and cover images through their account settings. These images are optional, and you may use FeatureF without setting a profile picture or cover image.

When you choose to upload or select a profile picture or cover image, the image is stored in association with your account to support the relevant profile features. Depending on your profile's visibility and settings, these images may be displayed to visitors of your public profile.

You may remove your profile picture or cover image at any time through the available account settings. When you remove either image, the corresponding stored image is deleted immediately, without a retention period. The removed image will no longer be available through the associated profile feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that any image you upload or use complies with these Terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.

Permission to Operate the Service

By submitting or publishing content through FeatureF, you grant us permission to process, store where applicable, display, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and operate the relevant services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The scope of this permission depends on the service you use. For example, profile pictures and cover images may be stored in association with your account and displayed according to the relevant profile settings. Content published through a public Link in Bio profile may be displayed to visitors, while files processed locally by our browser-based tools are handled according to the functionality of those tools.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to FeatureF. Where applicable, it ends when the relevant content is removed or deleted, except to the extent continued processing or retention is necessary for legitimate operational purposes or permitted or required by law.

Public Content and Sharing

When you choose to publish content through a public profile or share a link, you authorize FeatureF to make that content available in accordance with the visibility and sharing settings of the relevant feature.

You understand that other people may view, access, or share publicly available content. Removing content from a public profile may not remove copies that other people have independently saved, shared, or reproduced.

Intellectual Property Rights

FeatureF and its associated software, website design, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, original text, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to FeatureF and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by FeatureF or applicable law, you must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our software or other protected platform materials. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of FeatureF's intellectual property.

Trademarks and Branding

The FeatureF name, logo, and associated branding may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization by FeatureF. You must not use our branding to mislead others or infringe our intellectual property rights.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that content available through FeatureF infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us through our Contact Us page and provide sufficient information to identify the content and explain the basis of your complaint.

We may review complaints and take appropriate action where reasonably necessary, including restricting access to or removing content when warranted by the circumstances or applicable law. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may request additional information before taking action.

Third-Party Content and Services

FeatureF may link to or interact with third-party websites, services, or content that we do not own or control. References to third-party materials do not imply that FeatureF endorses them, and we do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

Your use of third-party services or content may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, and intellectual property rights. You are responsible for complying with those applicable requirements.

Account Suspension and Restrictions

FeatureF may suspend or ban an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, address serious or repeated violations, investigate suspected abuse, protect users or the platform, or comply with applicable law.

When an account is suspended or banned, the affected user cannot sign in to that account. Access may be restored only after the suspension or ban has been lifted or FeatureF has approved the user's return, subject to any applicable security checks or restrictions.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify you of the suspension or ban, explain the general reason for the action, and provide an opportunity to appeal or request a review. However, we may take immediate action without prior notice when reasonably necessary to address a security threat, prevent harm, or comply with legal obligations.

Action-Specific Security Locks

FeatureF may temporarily restrict individual actions to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized access. Depending on the circumstances, these restrictions may apply to login attempts, password entry, password resets, or other account actions.

An action-specific security lock affects only the action or functionality subject to that restriction. It does not, by itself, suspend or ban the entire account or automatically prevent access to unrelated account features.

These restrictions may be triggered by security checks, repeated unsuccessful attempts, suspicious activity, or other protective measures. The restriction may remain in effect until the applicable waiting period expires, the required verification is completed, or the relevant security condition is otherwise resolved.

Users must not attempt to bypass these restrictions or interfere with FeatureF's security mechanisms.

Voluntary Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your FeatureF account through the account-management options available to you, subject to any applicable security checks or restrictions.

Deleting your account is different from moving an individual link to the Recycle Bin or permanently deleting a link. Account deletion may affect your shortened links, public profile, account settings, stored profile images, and access to associated services.

Before requesting account deletion, you should consider whether you need to preserve any links, profile content, or other information associated with your account.

Consequences of Account Deletion

When your account is deleted, access to the account and its associated features may be permanently lost. Your public profile may become unavailable, and features that depend on your account may stop working.

The handling of shortened links, click records, profile images, and other associated information will follow the applicable deletion procedures described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Where the applicable deletion process provides for anonymization, associated records will be processed accordingly. Information that must be retained separately for security, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Termination by FeatureF

FeatureF may suspend or terminate your access to some or all of our services if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, threaten the security or integrity of our services, or create risks for other users or third parties.

We may also restrict or terminate access where required by law or where continued service would create a significant legal, security, or operational risk.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice of termination and explain any available process for appealing or resolving the matter. We may act without prior notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent harm, address abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

Effects of Suspension or Termination

During suspension or following termination, you may lose access to some or all account features, including link management, analytics, public profile customization, or other services.

Suspension or termination does not automatically mean that every associated record has been permanently deleted. The retention, deletion, and anonymization of account-related information will depend on the applicable process, our Privacy Policy, and any legal obligations.

Reactivation and Recovery

Where an account has been temporarily suspended, FeatureF may allow access to be restored after the relevant issue has been resolved, subject to applicable security checks and restrictions. We do not guarantee that every suspended account will be reactivated.

Account deletion and other actions designated as permanent are not guaranteed to be reversible. Once an account or its associated data has been permanently deleted or anonymized through the applicable process, it may no longer be possible to restore the original information or functionality.

Rights and Obligations That Continue
